By using our method of integrating both hemispheres of your brain, we designed the Breakthrough journal to get you results in areas of your life.
You'll start the first part of your morning (10-20 minutes) working through our guided prompts and exercises. By doing this work you are priming your subconscious for future breakthroughs.

You'll also have evening reflection before bed as this is another wonderful way of priming your subconscious for a great nights sleep.
